vacancies but some most suitable applicants do fail to get the job because of theirconduct in interview session. This is why it’s very important for every applicant to know interview etiquette.

Some important interview tips are discussed in this article to prepare every applicant for their next job interview.

1. OUTFIT
Your appearance is very important because an appropriate dress is one of the most important factors in your job quest. Most interviewers don’t
overlook the outfit errors of their interviewees. This is why it’s good to do findings about the dress code of the company before the interview date.
Below is a description of full corporate dress.
* Male: Black/navy blue suit, black shoe, white shirt with blue or red tie, black belt, professional hairstyle (low cut), wrist watch, portfolio or briefcase.
* Female: Black/Navy blue suit with sober colour inner camisor, black cover shoe, wrist watch, conservative make-up, no dangling earrings, professional hairstyle (avoid colour riot hairstyle), black pulse or bag.

2. INTRODUCTION
Avoid giving an unnecessary information about yourself in your introduction. Give information about yourself that will be of interest to your interviewer. You can give the following information about yourself.
* Educational achievements: Mention
extracurricular activities in which you gained leadership skills and explain how the knowledge you’ve gained can be leveraged to successfully satisfy the position’s requirements.
* Applicable skills: Mention skills that fit the job duties and explain how you gained these skills.
* Recent professional achievements: Mention achievements that relate to the position you’re applying for.
* Career goals: Mention goals that the company can help you achieve which will show that you are a forward thinking person and it will prove that you want to build a stable career.

3. COMPOSURE
Another thing that your interviewer will notice is your composure. You must not be a fidgety person. Avoid interviewphobia that may let you fidget in interview session. This is because your
interviewer may conclude that you won’t be able to perform very well if you’re employed due to your uneasy movements.

4. EYE CONTACT
You shouldn’t avoid eye contact during the interview. Maintain a good eye contact with your interviewer to show the confidence in you. There is an assertion that looking down before you answer a question means you want to tell lies.
Look into his eyes whenever you want to answer any question. Make sure you don’t frown when you’re asked an annoy question.

5. CONCISE RESPONSE
Rambling or waffling during your response tells the interviewer that you are unprepared and can’t perform well in an unstructured situation. Avoid too long response which may cause boredom for
your interviewer. Listen carefully to a question before you answer it. You can ask for the clarification if you don’t understand it. Be faithful with your answers.

Other interview etiquette include punctuality, sit when you’re asked to sit, not before and greet your interviewer at the beginning and the end of the interview. It’s also important to switched off your mobile phone.
